Delivery Services & Charges Summary
The nature of the products supplied on this site means that we have to apply a wide range of delivery services, detailed below.
Currently we are only able to deliver to UK mainland addresses.
However, we can accept orders from Europe and North America providing that a UK delivery address is supplied.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of goods ordered. Prices are shown at the checkout when you opt for a delivery method.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Delivery Times
Where we can, we have included an indication of delivery times with the products, however, these times can vary although they normally fall within 4 - 10 days from receipt of order and clearance of payment. You will be informed of the expected delivery date soon after your order.

These will include: Grates, tiles and other items, usually under 20kg.
Many of our items, and in particular NEW or reproduction items can be sent via courier.
These will vary with supplier but generally range between £15 to £30 dependent on weight.
Delivery charges are shown at the checkout when you maybe able to select from a list of options available. |

Bulky Items |

These will include: Bricks, Flagstones, Roofing Tiles, Stone Walling, Cobblestones etc.
Often these are delivered using the supplier's own transport although PalletForce are a common alternative.
Where delivery prices are known they will be described with the product.
There is not normally an alternative.
For some items, you will be requested to contact us for delivery costs and times.
In these cases we are able to take the order over the telephone and will confirm all shipping details at that time. |

Fragile Products |

This will include: Stain Glass windows etc.
We like to take special care of fragile items by using more secure packaging, usually crated.
In addition, we insure these items dependent on value.
Where delivery prices and insurance are known they will be described with the product.
There is not normally an alternative.
For some items, you will be requested to contact us for delivery, insurance costs and times.
In these cases we are able to take the order over the telephone and will confirm all shipping |
